In addition to working with buyers, sellers, and investors, I also coach new real estate agents, so I am well aware of the greatest challenges and joys for rookies in the industry. My best advice? JUMP RIGHT IN! Start learning your local inventory by regularly going to broker and public open houses. Figure out what you want your niche to be and become the market expert in that area. Tell everyone you know that you’re in real estate.
